All my work begins with a curiosity for life and how everything is connected.
My name is Suzanne Schreve. I work as a Jungian psychoanalyst and Sandplay therapist. I am also a published author, mother of two and co-founder of creative platform BlackSalt.
I believe everything in life is connected — the human, the natural, and the unseen. My work moves from that understanding: I listen to what is presented right in front of me, and what moves in the thresholds between worlds.
I research and write at the confluence of science, story, and psyche, tracing connections and returning what appears complex to its essential simplicity.

JUNGIAN PSYCHOANALYSIS
We often start therapy with wanting to solve our problems, but underneath we sense a deeper longing.
I facilitate a conversation with what is alive in you, and what wants to be seen. While lasting change —like anything that endures—takes time, Jungian analysis can facilitate quick changes in perspective.

SANDPLAY THERAPY
Sandplay therapy is a gentle, non-verbal and creative form of therapy for children aged 5 to 13.
It uses a sand tray and miniatures through which children express stories, emotions and inner images that are difficult to put into words.
Working in the sand makes these inner experiences tangible.

JUNGIAN PSYCHOANALYSIS
Jungian analysis invites a different kind of listening. In the language of dreams, symbols, and recurring emotional patterns, something essential begins to speak. Rather than seeking to fix or improve, analysis opens space to perceive more fully: to notice what is alive beneath the surface, and to relate to it. From here transformation always follows.
